1998 Toyota Rav4
Since the Rav4 was first released in 1996, it has gained its share in the market.
The 1998 model banks on this but still come off great on its own. Maybe its because
Toyota engineers have spruced up this mini-SUV by modifying and enhancing prominent
features. The 1998 Rav4 comes in two styles, the 2-door and the 4-door. For the
fun and spirited, the sporty two-door version edges on the IT factor.
It comes with a swing-open window on the rear driver's side. Though it presents
limited passenger space, with just two seats available, it optimizes on cargo
space for that regular fun on the beach or camping by the lake trips. The four-door
is ideal for families with a rear seat capable of accommodating up to three passengers
and still have anough space for groceries and shopping bags. The 1998 model receives
an aggressive style alteration, with bold grille, front fascia and wheel treatments.
Headlamps and tail lamps are redesigned for added distinction. Six optional packages
are offered that comprise of a blend of interior and exterior apparatus for customizing.
For example, the All Weather Guard Equipment Package includes a heavy-duty battery,
a big 4.5-liter windshield washer tank, a tough front heater and a rear-seat heater
duct. The Upgrade Package, adds power windows, locks and mirrors along with a
tilt steering wheel.
