2002 Toyota Rav4
The 2002 Toyota Rav4 comes fresh from the modification table since Toyota sent
its engineers back to the drawing board to reinvent the design and engine of the
Rav4. This resulted in a more handsome and sleek performance machine. For 2002,
the Rav4 is available in one model only but various options packages are available
so owners can personalize their Rav4 to reflect their personal taste. The Rav4
is capable of seating 5 people in its comfortable and plush interior. It is equipped
with the 50/50 split-folding seats, which are also removable and can make way
for a larger cargo area. Long trips will never be boring because this baby SUV
comes with a standard AM/FM radio with cassette player and four speakers.

The Rav4 comes well-furnished for outback trips as it is fitted with front map
lights, illuminated entry system, and map pockets integrated into the front doors.
It also features four cup holders, coat hooks, center console, and storage compartments
on both sides of the cargo area and under the cargo floor, a net pocket on the
cargo door, door pockets, and padded storage area under the steering wheel. Options
Packages comes in a leather theme because Rav4 owners can choose to have leather
seats, leather wrapped steering wheel and leather wrap shift knobs as well.
Package L adds air conditioning, cruise control, AM/FM stereo with cassette player
and CD player with six speakers, power door locks, power windows, and carpeted
floor mats. The 2002 Rav4 is moved by an all-aluminum, 2.0-litre, four-cylinder
VVT-i engine that spits out 148 horsepower and 142 lb-ft of torque. The standard
transmission is five-speed manual, with a four-speed automatic transmission offered
as an option at an extra price. The customer may choose either a two-wheel drive
model or a four-wheel drive model.
